8-NO euro style train schedule BIG BOARD, so easy as trains DEPART Southbound and ARRIVE from South.
Big clock on South wall.
But no TRAIN TIME BIG SIGN !
9-No , zero, Customer Service windows ever open at sf terminal. Permantly shuttered. Yikes.
10- Definite lack of benches in small lobby. On East glass wall, but not West glass wall.
11-Boss seems to be the old guy in casual clothes, blue shirt, no name badge?? Doubt you will see him after lunch.
12- big green ad banners in lobby are boring, view blocking clutter.
13-taxi driver on N.side taxi waiting line, where he dropped me after using Howard to 5th instead of Left on 4th, tried to tell me "20% tip minimum, plus service charge on credit card. "

Wish Caltrain had higher standards, for the money, and staff that did a much better job. Been riding since the 1990s.
Label says 38" is a Large, so I bought looser fitting and larger size XL, but they are painfully too tight.
Went back and bought 2XL, two sizes larger!!, for proper fit.
Seattle corp buyer would not take my call.
