So why is the legislature wasting $M and $Bs on a Central Valley, cotton most toxic crop rxr line somewhere between oily Bakerfield and gangland Modesto and Fresno?

Over $6B was wasted on the "new" Oakland Bay Bridge with 100s-1000s of large cracked defective bolts installed, poor welds confessed on tv by the welders, and leaky tower.
