First, both their office say they are on the side of landlords vs tennants on rent increases. If "one third of net pay" is not enough, then half, and then 3/4 of your income. Then all your savings to start a family and have your first baby. And also all your retirement savings most landlords think they have you up against their association wall in the SF Bay Area and California. Second, they seem to be ok with PG&E negligently killing 8 people and blowing up 38houses, being fined millions eventually, and the Ca-PUC lets PG&E. raise our rates, twice!!, to cover the fine. Plus the horrible expensive new meters. Enough.
Third, both seem ok with rampant wage theft in sf and sfbayarea, like over $10,000/yr by some companies, like Super Sightseeing. All wage and tip theft should be outlawed. Also job blacklisting. Enough.
