Started getting monthly payments to pay rent and gas.
Then EDD said "We made a mistake and filed your claim under an expired period.
Our mistake entirely , but you must give all the payments back ,plus interest and penalties", the Frisco EDD judge said. Case closed.
Almost bankrupted me.
