SF needs to Nightly PowerWash 1sq.mi. , not 47, nightly city sidewalks, then weekly.
Tenderloin, Chinatown, North Beach, and Embarcadero SIDEWALKS.
Easy.
They have sf311 24-7 phone staff.
Just get the truck out from Midnight to 4am.
