If i was Governor of California, with a lazy Super majority of Dems, i would pass a law requiring a 1 page, large 1/4" type Fire Insurance Summary page, in plain English, stating the % of your house , belongings, cars coverage.

Recently the news was that Santa Rosa suburban night wildfire victims mostly did not know how much of the total loss was covered, because insurance companies intentionally make policies hard to read and understand!
Lawsuit against one major company already!!
