5th generation Californian blows off steam and comments on the last 50 year decline in quality of life, etc. in home state of California. Some good news hopefully.

California ballot flaw: ADDRESS LINE below SIGNATURE LINE is unequally emphasized.
The ADDRESS LINE needs to be as signifigant .
There is a clearly visible difference.
Are ballots not counted if you don't notice that there is an ADDRESS LINE ?
