No. Does the Teachers Union protect teachers from being ordered by Principals and Deans to help Administer by being put, against their will, on various School Committees, that are Not teachers primary job? No.)

The kids were easy and fun in very poor Huntington Park, mostly Mex kids constantly leaving an ok school to live on the South side of the border and working on the North side of the border, totally disrespecting that it was and is the USA's National border. Political cheap labor pool.
She had a quality medical plan like Pacific Care or better when we were both working in the 1980s; But now she's retired and retired teachers are like retired soldiers, veterans that don't deserve much.

So she bought Kaiser, knowing it wasn't as good as what she had when she was WORKING, making over $80k after over 30yrs with Terrible LAUSD adults and pre-tax 403b teacher saving $12k plus every year, thus making IRAs and 401k look like something for foolish teenagers, not serious saving adults.

As a school bus driver, UPS before-computers driver, Frisco beer truck-loved driver, limo and or charter bus,tourist season driver, all my benefits have been taken away by super greedy bosses, even Kaiser medical insurance.
So my boss paid very high monthly Kaiser premiums and I too co-paid Kaiser high monthly premiums. Now I just have the shameful, intern testing ground zero of the V.A., from being drafted in college by Nixon for foolish Vietnam wasting war.

Driver are told to "fuel on your time not Virgin Limo company time."

Drivers in nice suits, clean white shirts and ties, and dress shoes are told in SSF,Ca. to "wash that Ford towncar on your own time" regularly.
There was no typical Mex. nightly wash crew, as at most limo, tour or charter bus companies.

Virgin Limo drivers near SFO are told to "standby in the (dumpy) drivers room,,, on your own time."

Why would so many already Rich people cheat working poor limo and charter drivers out of their common and customary tips !?

Why would any good driver continue to work for such a company !?

Why would any customer hire such an ODDBALL underpaid limo company !?!?

Why isn't there a SKIER'S TRAIN from Sacramento to Donner Pass And Truckee!? Highway 80 has been closed FOR DAYS this winter. Snow clearing has not always been Expertly done, with cars being damaged and even ground up !

We ,dependent on clean profitable tourism , need the California Coast passenger trains back, the luxury Daylight and the deluxe nightly Lark of the 1960s with first class dining cars and sleeper cars and wonderful all-black Porter's.

One rebounded back to a lived with but rejected Wyoming trucker who owned his own brick house, who was so jealous of her smarts, poise, confidence, humor and beauty, he became very jealous and very abusive; after 2 good kids and 20years, another very painful divorce.

Three women came right out and told me, after a Wonderful year or two, get this!, "I love you, I want to marry you, but if you don't double your salary to $80k by next week, we are done!!"
So one married a guy who died of cancer in one year. Another married an old "trusted but boring" she told me boyfriend and moved from the luxury,2 story, hot tub condo. 2 car big garage for our Miata and MR2.

Guess I won't Rob banks for any of these women.
