Chase Bank in California PUBLICLY OFFERED $300 to switch your Savings and Checking Accounts to them. But only paid "$200" !! How do these banks get away with such flagrant robbery!?

Bank of the West even had the bill counting machine unplugged and in a back storeroom!
They seemed to care more for local business accounts than my $75,000 in savings, so I moved.
The cutie officer then said "I will pay you $300 to come back."
The catch, had to ungrade to paid accounts!!
