Fremont), therefore We the People demand COUNTDOWN YELLOW TRAFFIC LIGHTS installed at all stop lights within a year."
A much more certain ,Safer ,and less Taxing traffic light.
Sell the old uncertain used traffic lights to Mexico Canada or China. Whatever.
