It happened today on 101N, from SFO to almost x-Candlestick.
Some IDIOT thought he would just stay in that relative position.
For miles!!
And in a black car, poor visibility!!
And I've had a stiff neck for days.
So no , he was Not in my rearview mirror.
And I should have looked.
NEAR COLLISION!!
