News Outlets using ACRES instead of SQ. MILES for large areas is as silly as using SQUARE FEET! "269,000 acres!" Non-Sense!!
Few people know an acre is 90% of a football field.
Are our counties measured in acres?
No.
Is SF measured in acres or SQ miles!
Square miles!
