There has been a Heroin and Hard Drug dealer within 1 block of Schallenderger Elementary Public School,,, for almost 10 Years. The SJPD knows about it. So that is why we Need Someone Better than San Jose Mayor Sam.

The Second Big Good reason why we Need a Better Mayor in San Jose is the Flooded North SJ neighborhood. Mayor Sam should have worked better with all parties to avoid that Massive unnecessary Damage,  especially the Santa Clara Water District.

The 3rd Big Good reason is Renters are Leaving SJ by the 100s because of a lack of Fair Rent Control. Enough rental owners have become multimillionaires!
