Both the VA and Kaiser should remove all Ear Wax Vacuum machines, as TORTURE not Treament, to Veterans and a large percentage of "old people" KP discriminates Against!

Kaiser vacuumed my Mom's earwax for years, "very painful and loud!"

First time I had the Audiologist carefully quickly and painlessly dull dental pick my ear wax out!
Next month, I was sent to this ENT Dept "torture device", it Hurt that much.
The next month, I was only offered ear wax vacuum,,, and declined!

There is no way ,on Earth, I am going to let this bungling bureaucracy VA or profit-centered Kaiser "torture" ME, by a NP or MD!
