5th generation Californian blows off steam and comments on the last 50 year decline in quality of life, etc. in home state of California. Some good news hopefully.

San Jose downtown's Highway 87 is SLUMPING, again!
It was badly made and had to be rebuilt with lots of DIPS.
Now 87S before Taylor St. Exit , middle lane , has a very bad SAG at 65mph!
