SF is a Lousy Home Housekeeper for decades of filthy sidwalks, potholed streets, and left litter!; I called 24-7 sf311 ,a fine reporting service, about 4 mattresses left on the sidewalk,"City will pick up in 4 hours", but it took 4 WEEKS!

No excuses.

I called sf311 about some Mental "homeless" person throwing free newspapers from the sidewalk green hutches onto the street.
"Let's see, the City schedule for that is,,, 3 days."
