Why don't we Yet have a Separate All PLASTICS Recycling Cart? Separate it from other, Accumulate it a Local Recycling Centers, and make the Plastics Producers industry pick it up and Environmentally "recycle" it?

Seems so obvious.

We have to start small somewhere.
