BEWARE of SPRINT and AT=T CELLULAR !!

DEAR FELLOW CONSUMER,
PLEASE BEWARE OF SPRINT CELLULAR AND AT+T CELLULAR CONTRACTS,,,I WAS CLOCKING INTO WORK AFEW YEARS AGO AND THERE WAS THIS LONG TABLE WITH THE SPRINT BANNER "SIGN UP, NO ANNUAL CONTRACTS, AND NO TERMINATION FEES",,,I ASKED MY EMPLOYER IF THIS WAS TRUE ,ON HIS PROPERTY, AND HE SAID "YES, SIGN UP,YOU HAVE TIME",,,I SIGNED THE PAPER AND TOOK A PHONE AND WAS TOLD BY THE SPRINT- LABELED EMPLOYEE THAT BILLING WOULD BE MONTH TO MONTH,,,AND WENT TO WORK.
MONTHS LATER I WAS TOLD BY SPRINT THAT I WOULD HAVE A CHANGE IN MY CONTRACT SO THAT I WOULD HAVE TO USE MY MINUTE ALLOTMENT TO FIND OUT HOW MANY MINUTES I HAD LEFT , WHERE BEFORE THERE WAS NO MINUTE CHARGE,,,SO I ASKED TO CANCEL MY SPRINT CONTRACT AT THE END OF THE MONTH,,,THE PHONE CUS.SER.REP. LAUGHING, LAUGHING SAID I HAD SIGNED A 2 YEAR CONTRACT AND THERE WAS A LARGE CANCELLATION PENALTY !!
WORK MUST HAVE KNOWN.
AFTER THE FULL 2 YEARS AND TERIBLE, RUDE , INDIFFERENT PHONE CUS.SER. , I PHONED TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO CALL A SPECIAL DEPARTMENT IN SPRINT, THE CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT, TO CANCEL, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE,,,OH, AND THAT THE CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT WAS VERY BUSY HELPING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT SO THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THEIR SEPARATE PHONE NUMBER,,,AND I THUS WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL, EVEN AFTER A FRAUDULENT 2 YEARS !!
SO I WENT INTO A SPRINT STORE AND THE MANAGER IN SAN JOSE, CA. AND SILICON VALLEY SAID THAT HE COULD SIGN ME UP AGAIN, FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS, BUT THAT HE AND ALL THE OTHER SPRINT STORE EMPLOYEES COULD NOT CANCEL MY CONCLUDED 2 YEAR CONTRACT,,,
THE SHOPPING MALL OWNERS OFFICE SAID THAT THEY DID NOT CARE WHAT SPRINT DID OR HOW IT TREATED ITS CUSTOMERS, WESTFIELD MALL,,,MIGHT AS WELL ALLOW MUGGERS AND CAR JACKERS !! I PICKED UP THE STORE RED CUSTOMER PHONE AND TOLD THE SPRINT REP. AT THE OTHER END THAT I HAD HAD IT WITH SPRINT AND THAT THIS WAS THE END,EVEN THO THIS SPRINT REP INITIALLY TOLD ME I COULD NOT END OR CANCEL ,,,
LATELY, T.U.R.N. HAS SAID THAT THE CALIFORNIA STATE PUC/PUBLIC UTILITES COMMISSION HAS RULED THAT IF YOU SIGN A CELLULAR CONTRACT IN CALIFORNIA, THE COMPANY CAN CHANGE THE TERMS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT CONSIDERATION TO YOU,,,THUS, ANY CELLULAR CONTRACT IN CALIFORNIA IS JUST A LICENSE TO STEAL.....!!! ,,BEWARE,,,
SO, I SIGNED A ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITH AT+T CELLULAR ,BEFORE LEARNING THIS,,,THE FIRST MONTH ON GSM WENT OK, NOT FINE RECEPTION , BUT JUST OK,,,BUT IN THE SECOND MONTH , I NO LONGER COULD MAKE OR RECEIVE-HEAR ANY PHONE CALLS AND HAD TO PULL OVER TO THE SHOULDER OR OFF THE FREEWAY TO A SIDE STREET AND STOP BEFORE I COULD MAKE A CALL ,,,GUESS WHAT, AT+T CELLULAR AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE,,,THE CONTRACT ENDS IN MARCH, AND THAT WILL BE THE END OF AT+T AND CINGULAR WHO ALSO REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO IMPROVE THIS LOUSY SERVICE,,,BEWARE,,,BEWARE,,,

FRIENDS ON VERIZON SAY THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO THEM,,, AND THEN THERE IS METRO, THO SMALL IN SERVICE AREA,,,
