I recently bought a new cellphone-pda at a Palm store, the Palm Treo 650 'Anniversary Edition'. But you can not turn the incoming call volume up enough. And the Palm store clerks say 'that's all'. Why did they not tell me about this huge quality deficiency with Palm Treos ? And this is the 'Anniversary Edition' of what,,, Terrible Quality ??
Emailed the company,and got some AOL-type go-play-with-this-useless-operation response,,,TWICE,,,!!
Recommend you stay away ,completely, from any Palm product.

Now ,,,Palm says i have to pay for some after market patch to fix their known problem of too low of listening volume !!
Checked with a friend and he says he 'never would get a Palm' ,,,
