California, the 9th largest economy in the world, had it's State Legislature outlaw any further rent control laws. As a 5th generation , I am so embarsssed by these unprincipled "campaign contributions" cheats for landlord thieves!

My $700/mo rent for 1 bedroom apt on the Peninsula has TRIPLED in just 10 years to $2050/mo. , with  no improvements or elevator or ungrades.
Just "legal" unlimited theft!
