Alaska Airlines,,, so rude gate attendants in Anchorage, intentionally sending our luggage to the end of the Aleutian islands and then days later back to us,,, and allowing so many airport/airline employees, even in san jose, to frequently steal luggage and passenger-caught big heavy frozen fish boxes. San Jose is infamous for baggage theft.
