Google's Gmail has lost many of my "labeled" and supposedly saved emails; Microsoft's Hotmail has not. Why wasn't i told this ,,, in pc kindergarten!?

Go to Gmail forum and see how many people are Very upset with Google for emails they can no longer find in their Gmail account.
