I recently signed on to CMT to vote for "Video of the Year",,,but encounter the first of many problems with CMT and its owner, Viacom. They want you to hear them, but they do not want to hear you !!
I was not able to vote,,,and was not able to get technical-webmaster help or any kind of customer service at all from CMT . Zero. This terrible Microsoft-pattern of selling to billions just for $B and having little or no customer service, needs to stop!, that is s-t-o-p for all the redneck illiterates and academically lazy out there in CMT-land, right now! What a disservice to the loyal fans of country music, to be so marginalized and trivialized and not given any expression,,,in a medium, music, that is supposedly about making tons of cash ,,,and communication! So what if i could not vote for the "Video of the Year"?
Don't expect me to waste any more time on this one-way website of CMT,,,or MTV,,,or VH1. They don't care about me,,,ditto. Hasta la vista, Viacom.
