5th generation Californian blows off steam and comments on the last 50 year decline in quality of life, etc. in home state of California. Some good news hopefully.

Comcast ,,,Dec.2010,,, You can not turn the tv cable volume high enough at "50" ,,,
This is a no-brainer basic in Silicon Valley. So why is it so hard for Comcast to care to deliver by cable a signal you can turn to a 'loud' level !?
