Ca, CHP will pull over CDL charter and tour bus drivers and give them $700 fines for just one minor DOT logbook graph mistake, accidental or intentional. But bring evidence of a signifigant SF company forcing charter bus drivers to maintain 2 DOT logs, one true with over 10hrs/day driving and over 14hrs/day working,,, and one false,,, and the Ca. CHP is not interested is corporate white collar crime.

It is really the Ca. State Legislature telling the Ca. CHP officers what to do.
