1-no a/c or individual air adjustment at my seat!!

3-the 715am train, first car, had some loud metal squeak coming out of back of car bathroom.

And $9.25 for Frisco to SanJosey.

8-NO euro style train schedule BIG BOARD, so easy as trains DEPART Southbound and ARRIVE from South.

9-No , zero, Customer Service windows ever open at sf terminal. Permantly shuttered. Yikes.
10- Definite lack of benches in small lobby. On East glass wall, but not West glass wall.
11-Boss seems to be the old guy in casual clothes, blue shirt, no name badge?? Doubt you will see him after lunch.
12- big green ad banners in lobby are boring, view blocking clutter.
13-taxi driver on N.side taxi waiting line, where he dropped me after using Howard to 5th instead of Left on 4th, tried to tell me "20% tip minimum, plus service charge on credit card. "

Wish Caltrain had higher standards, for the money, and staff that did a much better job. Been riding since the 1990s.
