Phone ,inside an air conditioned house, is too hot to hold !

I was also refused service by T-Mobile on a BRAND NEW, bought in a T-Mobile store, $740 PHONE ,NO PHONE CALLS OR INTERNET SERVICE FOR HOURS !!
S7 has too many problems, like it deletes emails from inbox and files.
The voice-text is not worth 2c.
The spell check refuses real words.
Turn it off too.
You can't turn off nav voice.
Nav is no better than my S3.
$740 !?
Not worth $300.
