PG&E service experience, March 2019

Our bldg had a gas leak from old meters in the garage.
So a gas crew came out and replaced 20+ gas meters and fixed the leak.
But turned off the gas all day.
They left a Notice to call for a tech to re-light all 20+ apartment's gas stoves.

BUT THEY DID NOT SAY,,, "IF PGE TURNS OFF YOUR GAS , YOU CAN ASK FOR SAME DAY SERVICE, 8am-8pm!"
So I made an Appointment,,, in a week! Very Busy.
Then a neighbor told me to call back and ask for SAME DAY SERVICE.
The Fresno Call Center scheduled it!

Another PROBLEM!!
The CS guy didn't tell the Service Tech that #1, "just gas stove re-light".
#2, "Please wear boots covers over muddy lug sole boots."
The Service Tech was on OT and was here an hour!,way too long, 7pm-8pm, working too slowly for free OT dinner at Izzy's Steakhouse!
Just to turn valve on new garage meter and re-light 1 gas stove pilot light,,,1 hour!

When PGE turns off your gas, then THEY SHOULD TELL YOU "yes, you are intitled to same day service to re-light your stove pilot light."
But PGE doesn't tell customers that!
