Sept.2009, It appears the Cal. State Legislature did not like the voters taking away GERRYMANDERING thier own safe districts, so they BANKRUPTED us

for REVENGE !!

Maybe it is time to vote "Green" Party, and vote out ALL INCUMBENTS, especially those that have been late with the budget for 20 years,,,and deregulated home energy resulting in 3br2ba homes paying $400-500/month in A/C summer cooling costs for electricity,,,
