China-US relations are like buying "4E" wide shoes from big Cabela's,,,but they are mediums, not even close to being wide shoes

If Cabela's can't get the Chinese to make what they order and then sell to us in the USA as a narrow shoe marked "wide" or "extra-wide", then how far can you trust the Chinese ?
