5th generation Californian blows off steam and comments on the last 50 year decline in quality of life, etc. in home state of California. Some good news hopefully.

The WWW/ "web" is sooo SLOW on Sundays after 10pm PCT every damn day,,, even Gmail-Google is So Slow on Sundays !!
Is this a good-enough business model with the Web being so very slow after say 10pm PCT and on Sundays !?
