This is NOT the usual cold foggy damp windy , dont go to Twin Peaks frigid ,SUMMER weather.
The meteorologists were WRONG last year about a wet "el nino" AUTUMN.
This year they say sf/l.a. "90% to get SUPER WET with SUPER EL NINO" in September and or October.
