If you want to help SF and report a problem to 311,best do it ANONYMOUSLY as leaving your info takes lots of time and seems to have a Negative Effect:"Oh, That Wacko!"

Great program, just swamped with people leaving TMI,,,pH #, name, email, bla bla bla. And the resulting Big Disorganized Messy files on all these people, instead of quick fix of SF many ignored problems.
