Nice lawns ,,, turn to dead brown mat,,,How do Bank's get away with leaving FORECLOSED HOMES LIKE THIS FOR MONTHS !!

We have to suffer, while the new owner, the bank, lets the lawn die and go from green to weeds and dead brown grass. The neighborhood in San Jose suffers, but the bankers are not held accountable,,,as usual. One house was obviously vacant and thus an opportunity for vandalizing,,, Why do we allow bankers to blight our neighborhoods, especially when they are so profitable ,with out tax dollar bail outs ??
