non-residents !! And you, stupid Alaska, think i am going to pay airfare on the lost-luggage experts airline Alaska,,,pay for a fishing lodge or waterside hotel,,,and a rental car,,,to only fish and possibly keep one halibut a day ?! Dumb dumb dumb as your last Governor,,,
