5th generation Californian blows off steam and comments on the last 50 year decline in quality of life, etc. in home state of California. Some good news hopefully.

March 2011, Why can't President Obama have a "zero tolerance policy on rape in the U.S. military", it seems so simple by Executive Order,,,!?
Any one raping goes to jail and loses their military benefits and pension.
