5th generation Californian blows off steam and comments on the last 50 year decline in quality of life, etc. in home state of California. Some good news hopefully.

P.G.& E. killed 8 people and destroyed 38 houses with the gas main explosion and fire, yet NO ONE HAS GONE TO JAIL YET !!
It is called "negligent homicide" and if it was you or me, we would be before a jury and or IN JAIL BY NOW !!
