Even tho you told the employee you scheduled the appointment with at the 800# that the carpets were wet/damp from say, your girlfriend keeps spilling her nighttime glass of water by the bedstand,,, or your young boy hit the ceiling with his pee when you were changing his diaper ,,, or you spilled a potted plant you just watered at the faucet all over your clean , now damp, carpet. Wet spills happen all the time at parties with cocktails and beer and wine.
"The carpet must be complete dry before we will normally wet-vacuum it. Company policy."
So , you have to wait for a wet spilled glass of wine stain to dry, "COMPLETELY", before Stanley Steemer will wet-vacuum carpet clean it??!!
