Macys.com has lousy customer service !!

I ordered several items by pc at macys.com and was told they were all in stock and would be shipped within 5-7 workdays. The shipments were late and one item in on unknown date back order, when i was told over the phone that the product was "available to ship".

Beware of this big successful stores terrible performance on the web at customer service !! Macy's, you should be doing sooo much better at taking care of your customers.
