Comcast has so many channel failures ,,,and channel flaws with 'snow' or some other visual or audio flaw.
Many,,, and frequently. You call them in 2008 and they "want to schedule a service call to your apartment" so you can loose a day of work,,,cleaning up the apartment first, and ANOTHER waiting for Comcast to come look in your private space and tell you "yep, everything looks ok,,do you always leave your shoes out like that ?".
When the problem is Comcast. They, not us, have a terribe attitude about apartment clutter and customer service !! Regional monopolies are such a bad idea,,,
