50 mile stretch of beach,,,resulting in about 10,000 deaths ?? Were they British ships that could not hit the side of a barn with their guns, or French ships,,,or Canadian ships,,,and why was the immediate chain of command broken when the execution was so flawed and no corrective action by the generals and admirals was taken ?? Is it the American Navy-military that can't admit it screwed up big time??
