Why would the Dept. of Commerce's NOAA National Weather Service,,,"officially report the high in May 2009 in east Santa Cruz at 76F" ,,,20 degrees les

Cherry-picking weather statistics ? Because of global climate change ? Global Warming, maybe ?

This happens a lot and all over, i suspect. Not just 3 days in May at a private house in east Santa Cruz. In early May, the first 3-4 days it rained every day in San Jose, but the DOC-NOAA-NWS says their machine at the San Jose Airport only measured a few tenths of an inch of rain,,,

And the tv and radio wx people just "report"/repeat what they are told by these untrustworthy feds,,,
