I recently was in a public place and overheard a conversation between two very fortunate, very rich, very selfish middle-aged Americans. Flying on the company jet,,,vacation home in a foreign nation,,,wife, kids in private schools, huge homes,,,
"Most Americans should no longer feel ENTITLED,,,to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, private and public pensions, college educations for their children, vacations every year, the ability to buy a house at any interest rate or price,,,anything like a just-pay-the-bills retirement,,,"
Wait,,,Didn't we , the 90%, just assume for 10 years a huge tax debt load from the super-rich and comfortable? And they regard us with such,,,distaste, disregard, harshness, and lack of humanity,,,?!
"They! (the 90% vast majority of us!!)should get use to ,,,doing without,,,lots of things,,,like cars,,,and money for gasoline,,,and vacations or traveling !!"
Wait!,,,wait!,,,wait!,,, President Bush jr. told us ,,,if you give the rich a tax break then the economy will get better and there will be more American jobs and everything will be 'better'. But the super-rich will hate us Americans like,,,illegal aliens, even in our own country we share?!
"They!(us!!)should get use to working their entire life,,,no unions,,,no overtime,,,maybe just at temps jobs with no benefits and much less pay than direct employees, if there are any of THOSE left!!"
But,,, FDR gave us Social Security!!,,, and the progressive income tax,,,after the previous 'great depression',,,and the Constitution and Bill of Rights says we are all equal under the law, right? How can they say such hurtful , mean, callous, and ungenerous things about most of us Americans,,,when all we have done is give them a huge Federal tax break for 10 long years, worth not just Millions or Billions but TRILLIONS, that we the lesser 'caste' of 90% will eventually have to pay.
"We(the super-rich business owners and CEOs,like we) will live in San Francisco ,,,Corporations now have all the rights of being real live people!! ha,ha, ha,,, and they will live in Fresno! with the murdering 4500 member bulldog gang! ,,, and Bakersfield!! ,,, and They!(90% of us) will take dirty old broken down buses to work as our maids, gardeners, day laborers with no security of even a weeks promise of work,,,and if found sleeping on the street like the mentally insane we kicked out of the adequate state mental hospitals, we will have them ARRESTED and THROWN IN JAIL!!,,,ha, ha, ha,,,"
How could President Bush jr. have been ,,,so wrong? How could Republicans,,, hate and disregard or want to severely punish,,,the majority of us, Americans? How will we ever reverse this 10 year tax debacle,,, when even the Democrats in the White House and controlling Congress have spines turning to jello? And who will pay for all the red ink spilled in these 10 years,,,and all the 'hate' created between the have-alots and the have-verylittles?
