Always amazes me how little Realtors know/tell when you buy a used house: Want lead-based paint on your walls with that $800,000 old 1950s San Jose house,,, and we don't even have to tell you which side of the house the sewer service line is on!!?

"All electric kitchen!!",,, and exactly how old is that wiring??


Is there a 'carfax' like reference on all the troubles with this house, like fire damage, termites, any murders at this house,,, there should be histories on all houses and properties, since this is valuable information some want to hide,,, and some want to know !!
