May 2012, The average wait time to talk in the USA to a T-Mobile cellular phone rep. is 15-30 MINUTES,,,
And the voice mail service ,,, and visual voice mail service are malfunctioning or out for DAYS AND DAYS NOW,,,

No iPhone in sight,,,

Even the ringer does not work for incoming calls!!
