The NPS sure didn't get the message about the BIG CHANGE 2008 ELECTION. They are still letting the small concessionaire in Yosemite determine customer service levels with only one Valley Tour 2 hour Tram an hour, instead of enough to meet public demand, administered by NPS. WHAT THE HELL !!?? NPS is letting a business determine National Park Policy on levels of guest/customer service !! Delaware North of NY has NO BUSINESS determining guest / customer service levels !!
