jan.2011,,,Problems with the Calfornia State Lotteries:1)tickets get moldy black too soon and are UNREADABLE,,,2)most clerks will not tell you to check/claim your ticket within 180 DAYS/6 months !!,,,and 3) lots of clerks will steal your winning ticket with a "not a winner" !!
