Why is it, Jan.2011, that super-profitable but still mediocre Microsoft Hotmail does not have a JUNK LIST than you can permanently delete the same SPAM from the same ANNOYING UNWELCOME BUSINESSES ,,, from ever ,unless you change your mind and the LIST, SHOWING DAILY ON YOUR HOTMAIL EMAIL !!??

For those of us hard or seeing, ok , over 50, why can't we STILL NOT SET A FONT SIZE FOR ALL EMAILS,,,it is our dam email account,,,or is Microsoft just too indifferent to the wishes of its fooled and cheated customers?
