PG&E's Citi-bank Debit card to credit / reward customers for less gas use,,,IS A PAIN!! Many places will not accept it as partial payment, so unless the amt you owe at the register is less than "$25", THE CARD IS REFUSED !!

8 people DIED,,,38 homes BURNED,,,and yet not one Executive has gone to jail.  White collar crime, murder, is so tolerated here in the USA.  What a shame.  In France, you may forcefully assault and rape a woman,,,no problem.  Here, a corporation, the Supreme Court 'says' is the same as a person, can kill 8 PEOPLE, yet NO ONE IS HELD RESPONSIBLE, TRIED, CONVICTED, AND SENT TO JAIL FOR A LONG LONG TIME.
