At least 10 years for minor crimes like violent assault-rape, so we can send them back to France,,,Then maybe 20-40 years for serious crimes like stealing payroll for years from all /most of the immigrant's employees, so we can send them back to Korea or Iran. And a first generation lifetime probationary period for serious crimes , like murder and terrorism, so we can send them back to Muslim countries,,, instead of paying massive amounts to 'properly' jail them.
Unlike the Founding Fathers, we are no longer desperate for just any warm bodies, or should not be. Why are we allowing low IQ India's in as full citizens, who work at gas stations and take forever to count a few paper money bills they are still not familiar with after years?
